So I'm loving the switch as lemmy's growing larger, I've always used my freshrss reader to view topics. Now with reddit there's an extension for freshrss RedditImage that displays reddit images and photos without the need to click the link.

Is there anything like this in freshrss for lemmy? I wish I understood php well enough to find a spot that might be listing domains or something if it's just a matter of telling it to do the same thing to other domains or something.

I am not aware, but the problem will likely be that the images are loaded from a lot of different instances and therefore very hard to detect. Maybe the specific pict-rs path could be detected via a reg-ex though.

well I mean the concept seems like it should be feasible to do with moderate understanding of plugins. Here's how most everything looks on my freshrss. Would be so nice to just, see the image rather than having to click a link every time. Would almost seem like it could be as simple as "if link extension is .png, jpg or gif, load it".
