Makes me wonder if anyone besides Apple will be shipping a TV app for VR headsets. Seems like a relatively simple thing to do, so why not do it and use it as PR? Does Occulus have any streaming apps?

True, but even if the refresh rate and pixel density is good, that still doesn't negate the fact that vr headsets are generally uncomfortable, hot, the lenses get dirty, and you're going to start feeling that extra weight fairly quickly.

Also, im not sure because I haven't tried one yet, but I find it hard to believe their claims of "crystal clear displays". Even if the display is 4k, HDR, and decently colour Accurate, it just doesn't compare to your actual vision.

Again, can't confirm as I haven't used one yet, but they types of lenses used in vr headsets cause distortion and blurriness towards the edge of the display and as far as I know, you can't avoid this.

Still, I'll remain optimistic! If they can deal with all of these issues, it's going to be a really awesome headset!
