In Germany there is a play with words, that does not translate well into other languages, but the saying is:
Prost
I'm not German, but does this roughly mean: Freedom clashes with security?
Yes, but it also means Freedom will die with certainty. "Sicherheit" translates as all of these: security, safety, and certainty
