Gonna take me a while to get used to this format but I'm lubed up and ready.
Also the weather is so shitty today.
I keep thinking someone picked the ugly room for this meeting. I've had a bad back the past week so I'm just being bitchy but I'm gonna try to be more cheery because I'm feeling a little better.

Oh, there's gotta be an inspiration poster for sure - like, a whale cresting the water with the words "Limitless" underneath. And even though there's no natural light in there, the picture *still *looks faded.

Isn't it? Between that and having been up until almost midnight screenshotting, I think today's a good day to putter around and home and light a fire soonish. Which will make the cats very very happy.
Yeah I'm debating on putting the fireplace on. Might do it at lunch and keep it stoking for the day.

I'm still running reddit for some other subs, but it seems that many are just going dark for longer or permanent.

Yeah my Reddit accounts still active, but the feed is pretty bleak! No daddit or bestofredditorupdates.
The Leafs sub is gone, hockey is still there but I'll see how it goes. Season just ended to it'll be slow for a while. Hopefully the good shit will migrate over to this side of the net.
For now I'll continue posting updates on my neighbour's lawn habits (he's out there right now digging something)

I really miss BORU! I stopped reading AITA because of all the creative writing exercises on there, but BORU was the good alternative.
i thought i was like 'meh fuck reddit it mostly sucks anyway' but didn't realise how much checking a few rotating niche/hobby subs was part of my daily internet. there isn't really an alternative for some of them

Yeah it is quite cold, normally I don't really feel it but I almost want to put the heating on
I put the ducted on this morning only cause the kids are home from school. Once they're up they'll be forced to put on oodies and imbibe warm drinks.
