No Netflix app for VR headsets? (appleinsider.com)

Makes me wonder if anyone besides Apple will be shipping a TV app for VR headsets. Seems like a relatively simple thing to do, so why not do it and use it as PR? Does Occulus have any streaming apps?

Unfortunately the Netflix app on the meta quest hasn't been updated for an incredibly long time, I think it was John carmack who made it. The video is a very poor resolution. The amazon prime app when it works is a much better experience. Watching movies in vr is very doable now, the quest 2 with a halo strap and some counterweight is comfortable enough to wear for several hours. I wouldn't watch it instead of my tv but it's handy for when I'm not at home.
