What are the community's thoughts on LEP lights? I don't have one, but am sort of interested in getting one just to have something uniquely powerful. What's out there, and what do people think about them? Stuff to avoid? Stuff to look at?

They seem interesting. I haven't had the pleasure of playing with one, in large part because they seem more expensive than they're worth. But if you're some kind of lumophile sure it might be worth it... Blow that cash and let us know ;)

Looking at options as stated above :) If I'm going to get one, might as well go big. It's strictly a toy for me despite using my other lights all the time.
