For me, I would have to say Minx fom the episode 2-D Blacktop. https://theinfosphere.org/Minx

I just feel her backstory is annoying and way too drawn out. It really doesn't add anything to the episode just detracts from the enjoyment for me.

Didn't care for Adlai, the guy from Leila's Orphanarium who had to have everything normal and average.
