For those that have had enough of the Elon Musk worship online.
No flaming, baiting, etc. This community is intended for those opposed to the influx of Elon Musk-related advertising online. Coming here to defend Musk or his companies will not get you banned, but it likely will result in downvotes. Please use the reporting feature if you see a rule violation.
Opinions from all sides of the political spectrum are welcome here. However, we kindly ask that off-topic political discussion be kept to a minimum, so as to focus on the goal of this sub. Post links to instances of obvious Elon Musk fanboy brigading in default subreddits, lemmy/kbin communities/instances, astroturfing from Tesla/SpaceX/etc., or any articles critical of Musk, his ideas, unrealistic promises and timelines, or the working conditions at his companies.

It's not even about dressing like an adult. It's about dressing like a genuine comfortable human being. Both him and Zuck dress weird and bad because it's a statement about how they have enough money to do whatever the fuck they want. It's if the emperor had no clothes, and a kid yelled "THE EMPEROR IS NAKED!" and everyone laughed and the Emperor instead of realizing that he'd been scammed was like "Yeah, idiot. Because I'm the emperor. I can do whatever the fuck I want"
Maybe those weirdos should focus less on statements and more on being good people. But thats the thing, money cant teach how to be a good person.
Meanwhile Bezos went from bookworm to Mr Clean. I don't like him either, but I gotta respect the attempt to at least not look sloppy.
