Maybe it "felt like a kidnapping" because it was a kidnapping.

They had no legal authority to arrest him. They have no legal grounds for deporting him. It was a gross violation of his constitutional rights. And what are you supposed to do about it? What do you do when the Nazis come for you?

Also, more of the typical ACAB bullshit telling him to stop resisting while he's being calm and not resisting. Need to get that out there in case they decide to shoot him. "It's coming right for us!"
