During the plague years I signed up for a "chased by wolves workout" program and it was a great experience. Prior to this I'd been a chunky couch potato who didn't know anything. After signing up for the program I'd occasionally wake up in the woods slathered in bacon grease and pumped full of 10mg of epinephrine. They don't give you a map or a compass or anything so it can take multiple days to get back to your home. Great for reconnecting with our roots. Might end up like me and live out here full time!
