He's weird because of his fucked up views. Just looking at him without knowing who he is or what he stands for (and without this being cpac) he looks like he could just one of those awkward actor types who appear in Seth Rogan films smoking weed and getting into trouble fucking couches.
I think it's the pants. Those are some zany ass pants.
