Blizzard: makes a game where hero swapping is an integral mechanic

Also blizzard: disincentivises hero swapping

But did they make any changes to the PvE perk trees? Oh the game mode they advertised as the main reason for making OW2 still doesn't exist? OK I'll go fuck myself.
