If you find an injured owl:
Note your exact location so the owl can be released back where it came from. Contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitation specialist to get correct advice and immediate assistance.
Minimize stress for the owl. If you can catch it, toss a towel or sweater over it and get it in a cardboard box or pet carrier. It should have room to be comfortable but not so much it can panic and injure itself. If you can’t catch it, keep people and animals away until help can come.
Do not give food or water! If you feed them the wrong thing or give them water improperly, you can accidentally kill them. It can also cause problems if they require anesthesia once help arrives, complicating procedures and costing valuable time.
If it is a baby owl, and it looks safe and uninjured, leave it be. Time on the ground is part of their growing up. They can fly to some extent and climb trees. If animals or people are nearby, put it up on a branch so it’s safe. If it’s injured, follow the above advice.

Ah, nice! That tool looks real good, with some fairly hefty file-size throughputs. Maybe I can find a use for it, one day.
Btw, are you happy with your upscale tools? I typically use http://waifu2x.udp.jp/ or BigJpg.com, but sometimes better AI is called for.
Holy moly, that seems like a lot for uploaded files for a big, popular instance. oO Over here, my instance has something like 10 servers and a US$200/mo bill, but only accepts uploads to 500k, and not only that, but they seem to display a bit pokily.
I use PhotoEnlarger and have been happy with it. I don't notice any difference in quality, even with some large scaling. It shows a comparison of a few algorithms where you can zoom on details to see what you like. You can then crop off desired and save to jpg/webp/png.
I don't see many people really sucking up the storage like I do. If I'm ever the first person to get a warning, it wouldn't surprise me.
Hey, thanks again. ^^
Hmm, I suppose I should consider uploading somewhere to LW when I want to do more 'image roundup' posts. Indeed, I'm still pondering what to do in the wake of Imgur casually wiping a bunch of my posts as recently as 6mos ago.
Like you, I'm largely a 'one-man show,' and don't have nearly the time and energy to be reconstructing ~200 posts that were once Imgur-hosted. :S
