this isnt even a good faith suggestion, I have a 7900XTX and a 3080 and on the MH bench the 7900 did 200fps while the 3080 was 70fps with the default settings at 1440p. So there has to be at least some generational movement on it and they were already stacking ok with the 40's.

ok still the last gen kept up with those, and there will be uplift. But really until we see benchmarks we will not know how well they compare to the 50XX series. I still think your statement is in bad faith.
