The building our flat is in used to be an industrial facility and there is a loading dock in the basement. This was on the doorway. (lemmy.world)

The entire loading dock was empty, so I don't think it was very effective.

There's a Ladrboke's and a Betfred literally across the street from each other just around the corner. And a tiny casino next to the Betfred. Apparently people are very willing to gamble in Blackburn.
