If you have a multitouch trackpad, you can have one flat object that can moan when touched, given appropriate software.

If you have a pair of Valve's Index finger-tracking controllers, you can have any object moan when touched, given appropriate software.

Compile with gcc -o mouse_tracker_2 mouse_tracker_2.c -lwinmm -lgdi32 iirc.
