No, dildos are most often made of silicone nowadays. Silicone rubber doesn't really shed, and it's not a petrochemical plastic.

There are probs some plastic dildos out there, but I feel like those would be hard to keep sanitary.

I mean anything can be a dildo if you are brave enough and some of anything is plastic.

Note I don't think this has anything to do with sex toys and to it's not plastic pollution is laughable.
