From what I've gathered, here are the main transfer rumours for us going in for players this window:

Benjamin Sesko (striker) - very unlikely
Alexander Isak (striker) - very unlikely
Evan Ferguson (striker) - unlikely
Jhon Duran (striker) - unlikely
Viktor Gyokeres (striker) - unlikely
Matheus Cunha (striker/winger) - possible
Sverre Nypan (CAM) - possible
Deniz Dönmezer (goalkeeper) - possible

But I'm sure I'm missing some.

If there's an interest I can put this in it's own post. But I probably don't have the time right now to keep it especially up to date.

Honestly I would downgrade Gyokeres to very unlikely and Nypan to probable, but that's me. Plus I've learned not to trust a word out of the ITKs until it's done.
