You'll be warned if you're violating the instance and community rules. Continuing poor behaviour after being warned will result in a ban or removal of your comments. Bans typically only last 24 hours, but each subsequent infraction will double the amount. Depending on the content, the ban time may be increased. You may request an unban at any time.

Yes, really because the claim is the totality of the instance is doing this (regardless of the truth).
Still no, I think that guy's link was broken on accident. If you go to the instance and sift through comments you can find plenty of people defending Russia. I think that other guy was trying to say "woosh" like "haha the link doesn't work because there is no evidence of people defending Russia on that instance".

to be honest it takes a bit of time just to find any mention of russia related topics at all (and then the first one is just a news article with zero comments)
