and I specifically picked the image without the water advertising that it's washable because I wanted it to be less clear that it was a personal care product too

The company is Royal Metal Industry from South Korea. Golden Birdie www.royalmetal.co.kr Never thought I would be enthousiaste about a nose trimmer but yeah that little gadget is well built, mechanically simple yet elegant and and don't have random nose hair tickling me anymore. (Guess I'm c/dullmen material now)

Oh you squeeze the bottom part. Mine looks the same on top, you just spin the outside part.
