Oh great understander of law. Behold. https://www.wilpf.org/icjs-order-to-prevent-genocide-applies-to-the-governments-arming-israel-too/

The many laws that say otherwise.

I patiently wait your lack of reply.

The ICJ is not a criminal court. Its job is to adjudicate complaints between nations, in this case a lawsuit between South Africa and Israel.

The ICJ does not arrest or try individuals at all, for war crimes or anything else.

Oh no, the great understander of law didn't read the article and jumped to conclusions. That was only one of the many. Give it another looksy. This time with your reading glasses

I did read the article. It does not say what you seem to think it does.

I would just copy and paste the relevant section but I find it funnier that you insist you read it while missing the very blatant proof that you didn't oh great and knowledgeable knower of law and war crimes.

Imagine wanting to defend war crimes and their criminals so badly you develop self selective illiteracy. Oh great understander of law

Imagine disliking Americans so much you're willing to invent crimes for their leaders.

Wow. The great understander of law has fallen back onto patriotism as an explanation for his selective illiteracy. A classic move. Give him 5 more comments and he'll be starting a podcast!

I'm no patriot. But you're obviously desperate to invent a crime that you can pretend applies to American leaders.

If only the great knower of law and genocide could read. He'd feel real silly right now. Thankfully he cannot, so his ego cannot be bruised. Hallelujah for small miracles.
