But how on earth does someone get more delicious brains?
Are the cops transporting brains? Or what?
It's a screenshot from the movie Return of the Living Dead. In a previous scene cops showed up at a graveyard, and a bunch of zombies ate the cops' brains. The picture shows one of the zombies using the radio to request that more cops be dispatched to the graveyard so the zombies can eat those cops' brains as well.
Their going to have to find something a bit more nourishing.

Yes, the joke was that the zombies will go hungry with that strategy :)
