So it sounds like Lemmy.world might be headed in the same direction as Meta in regards to moderation. https://lemmy.world/post/24135976 Although this post is not as explicit about allowing mal/disinformation about LGBTQ+ people as Meta's, it seems to have the same effect of disallowing moderation of hate speech implicitly.

So, anyone know any Lemmy servers that are explicitly LGBTQ+ friendly or better, have explicit protections in place against hate speech against us as well as other minorities? I'm looking to move my profile.

I explained in an old comment that that is just the surface level point of discussion and commonly a distraction from more dire issues.
