There's two justice systems - one for the rich, and one for the poor!
There's a great part in Clavell's Nobel House, set in 1960s Hong Kong, where a Chinese man is raging against the British system of justice.
"Why should the rich and poor be treated the same?! Why else would I strive to be rich?!"
Something to think on.
There's no justice system, only a legal system.
The police believe that they have become a vigilante group.
Turns out there’s just one for the poor!
