Democrats had the chance to secure a majority on the NLRB for two years into Trump’s term, but failed to do so.

This was such a blatantly stupid fumble it looks intentional on Democrats part. Revenge against the voters for not winning.

Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice.

And people who sell weapons for genocide do not get the benefit of the doubt, so it's malice.
