Here’s some ideas for your munchies:
Banana, almonds, carrot sticks, hard-boiled eggs, apple slices, popcorn (air-popped), Greek yogurt, celery with peanut butter, orange segments, roasted chickpeas, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, cucumber slices, edamame (frozen), trail mix, rice cakes, baby tomatoes, hummus with pita chips, frozen grapes, mixed raw nuts
Honestly, canned chickpeas straight out of the can is great for the munchies. It's salty, umami, and really filling. After a few spoonfuls I'm satisfied, and if I eat the whole can... Oh well!
