This implies Heard was in the right and from what I can tell she lost all 3 defamation trials. That's not absolute proof of anything, but it's sure not making me believe her claims.
Am I missing something?
Could you provide some more info on this? I am only aware of 2 relevant trials:
Please keep in mind that in the US trial - the televised one - the defence team used in court a specific tactic that is typically used against sexual assault & domestic violence victims, called:
DARVO
Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender
This tactic is (unfortunately) very effective in trials with jurors and this one of the reasons that the outcome of the US trial was in favor of the abuser. Judges rarely fall for it.
