That's it. I went ice skating last week. I had fun like a child and played around like a child. I even took the tiny sled down the ramp a couple times like an idiot. Now I don't feel sore, because I go to the gym twice a week. I do that because I know that way I don't have to be sore for a whole week after doing something physical. I don't like going to the gym, but I like what it brings me. That's as adult as it gets.
