most of the old people who have been fucked over by the health insurance industry are probably dead, and a good portion of any that are left are likely so inundated by corporatist propaganda they believe whatever bad happens to them is their fault for not pulling their boot straps up far enough. So old people is likely the crowd prosecution will favor in Voir dire
They can’t in the first place as a jury has to be of your peers so around the same age range if I’m not mistaken
