Superpower:

Unnecessarily Vaping Man can produce enormous, colorful vape clouds of any flavor imaginable at will. These clouds serve absolutely no practical purpose in combat or problem-solving. Instead, they obstruct visibility, irritate everyone nearby, and sometimes make people crave candy. His vape clouds are flavored with bizarre combinations like "Pickle Cotton Candy" and "Garlic Banana Split," which add to his annoying presence.
