Is there a word for that feeling where you get so fucking angry that you want to kill yourself? Because I'm feeling it
Put that anger into organizing your community and telling people about what is going on.
It makes much more of a difference than any kind of self harm
Absolutely. Triggers are an opportunity to do the hard work of healing ourselves and our communities. I'm of the opinion that the reason "many are called, few are chosen" is because many of us are looking for someone else to do the hard, dirty work that very few of us are willing to step up and do.
I dunno but aim that anger at the people making these choices
Getting that angry often enough might do it.
