Some B-movie are actually pretty good have interesting concepts. Even the bad ones can have redeeming quality (80s aesthetic).
The clips in the article are about as generic as you can get.

I've watched a few B-movies where I've actually recognized explosions or car crashes being ~~stolen~~ licensed from better movies from years ago, which I guess is what AI video is doing in a way, but at least there was a crew with effects and stunt people involved the first time.
