Are we sure Trump is mocking him? I think Trump is an idiot and doesn't understand the difference. He clearly thinks that Puerto Rico is not part of the United States. This isn't some kind of multi-level chess move. Trump is a moron!

Trump might be the biggest imbecile that ever walked the earth, but he's also never had an original idea. Those around him which are feeding him policies want to do real harm and have actual agendas.
