"Assassination" is actually more appropriate because the term implies that there are political reasons for the killing and to suggest that our health insurance industry is not politicised would be laughable.
I disagree, we know how violent These People are. The ~~victim~~ decedent was probably got "iced" by one of the "homies" of someone he pissed off, most likely over crack rock, marihuana, or other hard drugs. This is what happens when father figures aren't in the picture.
