Time for another spell teaser for Shattered Pixel Dungeon's upcoming Cleric hero! This time it's the Cleric's version of a 'scroll use' talent: Recall Glyph.

This tier 2 talent/spell lets the Cleric expend some holy tome charges to recreate the effect of their most recently used scroll or runestone. This is a really flexible spell, with almost 40 different items you can duplicate. You can deal extra damage with some items (like in the GIF), or get multiple uses out of adventuring tools like scrolls of magic mapping or identify. Naturally, some items are more expensive to recall than others, and scrolls of upgrade in particular can't be used with this spell.

(Image Description: A short GIF demonstrating the recall glyph spell. The cleric first throws am explosive runestone of blast at two enemies, then as they approach they cast the spell and can throw a reproduced version of the stone again.)

Woah, this is awesome :O

Does this always remembers the last spell used? Or do we need to constantly use scrolls or runestones?

Like for example could I cast a single stone of blast and cast the spell twice to use three stone of blasts

One cast per real item I'm afraid.

Yeah, honestly, that's fair

What do you mean real item? Like, I'm assuming a consumable, but I don't know what else is there besides consumables

I'm assuming it means that you can't copy casts from Unstable Spellbook, which aren't "real" scrolls. Makes sense, since "Inscribed" talents work the same way (right now).

Oh, that makes sense, I understand
