Why the fuck should I care if some asshole got shot if I have to watch my loved ones slowly die of cancer.
Dude got off lucky for what most ppl want to do to him.
More like why should I care about this particular asshole? People get murdered for revenge all the time and most don't even get a headline.
Maybe he didn't get a headline because CEOs are privileged and important. Maybe he got one because the public reaction was sure to generate a shit ton of ad clicks.
