I do appreciate not having to micromanage my NAS, Synology does a good job with auto patching and supporting old systems.

Yeah I'm on my second one after an upgrade. Good company practices.

It’s always good to see the back to back emails of having an update available for my NAS and then 10 minutes until restart / update.
