wtf is 'border czar' and why would he have the authority to do that?
It's what Harris was for 3 years. The vice president now has the border as a responsibility because reasons.
I think you missed the main point. Imagine the post master general said he would arrest the mayor of a city for outlawing forever stamps. The post master general has no authority to imprison anyone over political disagreements.
What's the plan, defund Denver's police and have federal troops take him over his position? Let's see how disfunctional we can get before that happens.
