Does it? I don't understand how you can make that read with House members supporting a bill to make organizations that support Palestine into terrorist organizations.

Whats clear is that the poles of power are shifting. Its not quite clear how the poles are shifting.

Total votes for that bill on the Democrat side dropped significantly. Republicans rammed it through with only one of them voting no.

There is a shift. The issue isn't so much where, it's why.
