I'm saying the left should have worked together to stop this.

Best of luck to you guys but Trump is in and controls both houses.

And I'm saying it's ultimately the responsibility of the party to earn votes, and they gambled on what you just said and lost. The party is ultimately the one to blame and focus on. Saying what your saying is a continued juicing of a failed campaign strategy post campaign. Do you get how that's frustrating?

Like, we are over here talking about the future and what to change, you are tossing blame incorrectly into the past out of anger instead of taking that anger and moving it somewhere it could be productive.

Now we got MSNBC hosts out here praising trump. I got libs here on Lemmy excited for mass deportation because they imagine there's a conservative who deserves it. How can you not blame the Democrats for being Diet republican and losing and then blaming queer folk for "wokifying" their party, preemptively throwing them under the bus?

My point is change would have been much easier with Harris and not trump. This is a stupid way to go about change.

I'm not saying this is a great way to go about change. I'm saying the Dems lost because they refused to change. You can't shame a wife vosing populace into changing, nor does fighting about it do anything. Blaming the Dems at this point is the only action that moves forward. Everything else is a waste of time and effort. Dems as in dem establishment not voters.
