Personally, if I was Russian, I wouldn’t live in a place with large windows in the first place.

Didn't work, either. One of those Russians recently lived in a bungalow and worked in an just upstairs office, but somehow fell out of a high building where he had no business to be. Putins minions are flexible in that regard.

Again, this doesn't have to be Putin's doing, but it is his fault that you can just cover up a murder by pitching the body out a window.
