The law would disagree. It is very clear and you should not inspire violence with the impressionable who will have to reap the consequences of your poor advice.

The law has proven this past two years in neon lights that it is failing its people. Allowing threats like this will only encourage the behavior. Abusers start with threats, and the more power they think they have will encourage more and more abuse. This is hate speech, but the law isn't doing anything about it.
