I read the source as: soliciting digital material from minors, multiple victims.

So, he'll go to prison for a few years. He'll come back out having really found Jesus and being truly repentant.

What's the over/under on him reoffending? I think probable.

Depends on the terms of release and how wary of him folks are. But if he is forced to stay the fuck away from power and is denied internet access id say there a good chance he doesnt. If not well garuntee he will and we can do the whole song and dance again.
