fairytale fabricated by tech grifters [...] the energy density of petrol is still so much higher than a modern Lithium-ion battery, how can electric vehicles be viable competitors? Simple, they cheat. Prices ARE coming down. You can get a 250mi / 400km fast charging Bolt EV for under $27.5 USD now. And you can get a $7.5k tax credit on top of that in the states. That’s pretty damn competitive, especially given that inflation raised the prices of vehicles.
