This has all the hallmarks of a satirical trolling, but reality is not discernable from satire. You can't assume all Trump supporters are Nazis. But you also can't assume they're not. Surely not all parade participants agreed with the Nazis, but you also don't see anyone denouncing their participation. They weren't blocked or excluded or asked to leave. They haven't been decried or rebuked by the campaign.

If 12 people dine with a Nazi, it's 13 Nazis eating together.
