A lot of people really, really need to learn what is and isn't a war crime. Civilian infrastructure being used for a military purpose is fair game, so if you're storing military hardware in a civilian area, that area loses it's protection.

that's why all you have to do to target civilians is claim that there are missiles in each and every home! add a cool animation showing how every house is 60% storage for a single red missile of varying different dimensions, and you got an airtight case!

Whether or not you get a secondary explosion as the munitions cook off will pretty soon show if you're lying.

Only need what 10 of those tops from the hundreds of munitions fired? People will see enough

What about militant israeli settler colony outposts which were ruled illegal and have recently been ordered to be immediately be fully dismantled and vacated by the UN?

Settling occupied territories is itself a war crime (Article 49 of the Geneva Convention)

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago

Ironically, I wasn't aware of that.

There's a compelling argument to be made that a settlement like that is inherently an occupying force, even if they aren't being used to store weapons.

? I don’t get it, the person whose home was destroyed in this post was harboring war criminals and military equipment. This was a fair strike.
