One week ago, Elon musk tweeted "“And no one is even trying to assassinate Biden/Kamala,”

given his prominence and direct reference to assassinating Harris right before a shooting occurred, can he be legally linked to this assassination attempt?

This isn't an assassination attempt. Some loser shot out the windows of an empty building overnight.

[–] [email protected] 16 points 4 months ago (1 children)

It's not attempted assassination, it's terrorism.

I'm not particular about how musk becomes an accessory, terrorism works too.

I wish, but he's too rich for that to be possible. Too much plausible deniability.

Trump is a billionaire and was convicted on 34 counts.

Epstein had 600 million and was convicted.

musk loses legal battles regularly, maybe he'll lose this one too if the matter is brought up.

Yet only Epstein ever saw a cell. Probably because it was a convenient place for those he could testify against to stage a suicide.

being rich making you immune to prosecution is a subservient, nihilistic misconception.

being rich helps, but it does not automatically or completely protect you from being convicted or going to prison.

there are lots of multi-millionaires and billionaires who went to prison.

I am not an E**n fan. Think of the horrible precident this would set for people like you and me.

oh dang, you bought a $44 billion social media network also?

you might want to avoid shouting that from the rooftops.

The art of inferential logic is truly dead.

you could try reading a book. or, I guess, skim it.

This just in, yelling fire in a crowded theater is not free speech, what are we gonna do about this patriot?

[–] shalafi 1 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Yep. These people are fine with Gestapo tactics, if those tactics are in service of their side. Imagine Trump rounding people up based on their tweets.
