Making up a new secret history, or using the secret history written by Brian Herbert and Kevin K Anderson?

Edit I should have read the full article first. Looks like it's a mix of the Sisterhood of Dune storyline and new content. Really hoping we do see some of the batshit sorceress shit from the book.
