So I don't really follow California politics at all, but the impression I've gotten from the bits of Newsom that pop up from time to time is that his governance style is basically to bang on things, then complain when that doesn't work.
Is that about right?
As the article states, he’s saying that if cities / counties are taking money to address homelessness, and they’re not actually using it to gets shelters and housing in place, he’s going to be taking to those places to court.
There are a lot of cities in CA that have not been pulling their weight with regard to housing and shelters. Especially the suburbs and rural areas.
