I'm convinced amazon is doing some psy-ops shit.

They have designed the workplace to find/make a specific type of person.

Ridiculous blanket policies like no music and no real training for any postition nor any sort of accountability for work standards shows me they want a docil 'braindead' workforce that will just comply with whatever they are 'asked' to do.
